We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Bankcard credit cards (please note: a 1.7% sucharge is applicable to all national credit card transactions and 2.0% surcharge is appliacable to all international transactions ).

Many of our standard products are available for immediate dispatch, with firm prices as displayed in the pricelists.

Other equipment is built to specification, with various configurations and options affecting the final delivered price. In these cases we can provide you with a firm and itemised quotation. Feel free to use our enquiry form or other method of your choice to start this process.

Returns and Warranty Policy

In the unlikely event that you need to return equipment for warranty repairs, please contact to discuss the best arrangements first.

Faunatech warrants that your product will be free from manufacturing defects and failure, under normal use, for a period of 12 months from when the device was first purchased. During this time Faunatech will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. These repairs or replacements will be at no extra cost to the customer on the condition that the customer covers all postage or transportation costs to and from Faunatech Offices.

The warranty is non-transferable and does not cover any products purchased second hand. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of the device, cosmetic damage (such as scratches and dents), accuracy with the software, damage (caused by: accident, misuse, neglect or misapplication, proximity or exposure to heat, fire, water, other acts of nature or external forces and damage caused by non-compliance with manufacturers' instructions), if any seals have been broken and when the hardware is opened or tampered with by someone who is not an authorised Faunatech representative.

In order for you to return your unit to us for a warranty repair you will require a Return Material Authorisation from Faunatech (RMA). Upon issue of an RMA number (valid for 30 days only), the customer is responsible for all postage and transportation costs to and from Faunatech. (Whilst we endeavour to repair all products on-site, for specialist repair the postage and transportation costs arranged by Faunatech to and from the country of manufacture are borne by the customer). Faunatech recommend using a traceable delivery service and the product remains the responsibility of the customer until it is received by Faunatech. Faunatech will contact the customer on receipt of the product and their device will be evaluated within 30 days of receipt.

After inspection Faunatech will contact the customer and advise of repair status & where possible provide an estimate of repair cost for the device. Repairs will then only be completed when approved by the customer. (Device evaluation for non-warranty products purchased through Faunatech will incur a $40 inspection fee. This fee will be waived for all subsequent repairs which are approved for repair by the customer.)

Faunatech cannot be held responsible for the loss of data files, due to product malfunction, hardware failure, software failure or other unforeseen circumstances.

Faunatech reserves the right to retain any customer product until return postage costs have been fully paid for by the customer.

Due to their inherent nature, sealed lead-acid batteries are generally not covered by warranty. All equipment containing these batteries is supplied with a carefully worded charging and maintenance sheet, as well as a recommendation as to the correct charger to use.
